HR Business Partner
A luxury accessories retailer located in East London are looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team. This role requires 2 days in the office and 3 days in the field visiting stores. The brand has established itself within the luxury market as its accessories are timeless and collectable, which has allowed them to develop a loyal customer base.
You will support the business by developing strategies and plans across all HR functions. A strong understanding around employee relations is desired in this position and you will have full oversight to advise managers. There will also be a strong focus on recruitment and training.
The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching and delivering training sessions to aid the learning and development of employees and have experience with onboarding new starters. There will be several opportunities to oversee external projects and visiting stores around the London area is imperative within this role, so a proactive attitude is desirable for this position.
The salary for this position is paying up to £55,000 accompanied by a £3500 performance related bonus.
