A premium retailer is looking to recruit an experienced HR business partner to join their already successful HR team. This exciting HR role will lead in the successful design, build and execution of projects - holding full accountability for the retail function and hold overall responsibility for ER within this division.
This is a rich and varied role that would suit someone who has the ability to manage projects and proposals independently, partner with the senior leadership team and would like variety and creativity in their role. There is a lot of scope for you to make this role your own and quickly become an integral part of the wider team. There will be travel across the UK involved, they are based in cities across the country and you will be expected to be on site.
To be successful the ideal candidate will come from a retail background or hospitality if there is an existing understanding of the lifecycle of retail functions, roles and dynamics. They are looking for someone with proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, who works collaboratively, and is able to win hearts and minds in order to affect change.
