HR Business Partner

As an HR business partner, you will play an integral part in achieving key objectives and developing employees through various HR strategies. The remit of the role will cover UK stores, and the scope of the role will cover recruitment, L&D and ER. Furthermore, there will be various project work to be completed. You will be conducting weekly store visits throughout London.

Ideally, you will be someone with extensive generalist experience as an HRBP or HR manager within the retail industry. The retailer will allow you to be accountable for the recruitment and talent development of store teams. You will be conducting weekly store visits throughout London.

The role is paying up to £57,000. The benefits package includes private medical insurance, company perkbox, generous company discount and access to exclusive products and events.
