Head of Loss Prevention

An exiting opportunity has come up for a head of loss prevention to an international multi-site retailer, based in their London headquarters.
The role will see you manage multiple site locations, in the UK and potentially international locations, as this well be a senior position in the business.

• Manage and conduct compliance audits, as well as investigate issues
• Create a culture of safety awareness, and use to train team members
• Act as liaison between law enforcement, contracts and the business
• Lead accident and injury investigations, and provide evidence where needed
• Ensure there is a consistent implementation, of policies and procedures across the regions

The person:
• Previous experience in a senior loss prevention role, within a retail environment
• A thorough understanding or retail asset protection and methodologies
• Good business and financial acumen
• Strong communication skills
• Good health and safety experience would be beneficial
