Head of Data Analytics

Our client is a Kuwaiti based fashion retailer that manages multiple brands across the GCC region,

Due to growth we are helping them with this new appointment based in the U.A.E.

As Head of Data Analytics you will own their data-driven growth
initiatives.
Leading the development of the data analytics strategy,
improving decision-making processes across marketing, product, and customer engagement.
You will will work cross-functionally with product, engineering,
marketing and leadership teams to ensure data-driven decisions fuel business performance and scale efficiently.

We are seeking a candidate with 5 years + experience in this field. 2 of them in a leadership role.
You will have a relevant educational background in data science or a related field such as computer science.
You will have the appropriate technical skills including proficiency in data analysis tools and data visualization and reporting platforms.

Additionally you will need excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
