We have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished and commercial leader to join us as our Head of Central Operations. If you have experience within the hospitality industry and enjoy providing direction, objective challenge and setting growth initiatives, we can offer a chance to join us at Côte whilst we continue our journey to get more people around the table more often, because it matters.

Reporting into our Operations Managing Director, the successful candidate will be an experienced operator, used to managing several projects at once. You will be comfortable influencing at a senior level and will support the MD for operations in all key operational decision making. Your responsibilities will be varied and will include collaborating with senior leaders, analysing data, providing improvement opportunities and ensuring all business objectives are aligned with company strategy.
