General Manager
A growing UK and international retailer known for its craftsmanship and quality materials selling clothing and stylish homeware is looking for a general manager to help lead their Cambridge location. With a strong focus on artisan support and sustainablilty, the brand is loved for its attention to detail and inspiring store environments.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in running the day-to-day operations — from stock management and space planning to driving sales and profitability. You’ll also take the lead on team performance, coaching your staff to deliver results while ensuring the store operates smoothly and safely.
If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual merchandising, this is a great opportunity to make an impact. You'll also be responsible for managing payroll and store costs, working within budget to ensure commercial targets are met.
