General Manager

Our client is a renowned luxury retailer with a strong presence across the UK and Ireland. Continuing to grow and expand with new store openings, they are passionate about helping clients create memories and celebrate life’s milestones. They are now seeking a general manager to lead their Worcester store.

This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer journey, emphasising clienteling, one-to-one selling, expert product knowledge, and a seamless high-value purchase experience. As general manager, you’ll be responsible for driving team development, coaching, and achieving commercial success.

While the company provides excellent training, they are looking for candidates who can already demonstrate the key skills needed for success in this role.

The position offers a competitive basic salary of up to £42,000, complemented by a generous commission structure, taking overall earnings to circa £55,000. The benefits include employee assistance programme, C2W and company events to name a few.
