Flagship Store Manager

A premium global fashion retailer who has stores across 44 countries and continues to grow are looking for a flagship store manager on Oxford Circus This company has been a staple in shopping centres and on high streets for several years and take pride in producing high quality garments.

In this role you will be at the forefront of driving commercial and operational success, ensuring that your team are achieving sales targets and processes are efficient/streamlined. You will have a direct report of 50 team members ranging management to operational and sales team members.

The ideal candidate will have store management experience with a proven track record of working in fast paced high-volume stores. You will also have responsibilities surrounding the P+L/budgets ensuring that your site is remaining profitable.

The salary is paying up to £50,000 accompanied by a competitive benefits package.
