Flagship Store Manager
Here at Peacocks we are looking for a Store Manager for our Flagship store located in the centre of St David’s Shopping Centre, Cardiff.
This Flagship Store Manager position requires a candidate who displays exceptional leadership and thrives on driving sales forward, whilst maintaining our brand values; offering our customers quality clothing at exceptional value.
You will continually grow the success of the brand, combining your experience, commercial insight, operational experience, and visual merchandising skills. Day to day, you will support and motivate your team in order to achieve the store’s targets by identifying and maximising on opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs and turnover. You will be expected to have a strong retail floor presence, guiding, and training the store, as well as ensuring back office activities are completed in order to execute the company’s commercial strategy
Role Responsibilities will include:
• Manage the day to day operation of the store whilst ensuring costs are contained within targets.
• Ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
• Maintaining a high level of stock availability and excellent visual merchandising standards throughout the store
• Manage, coach and motivate the team to deliver to all targets and lead by example.
• Communicates in a timely & effective manner to enhance store operations
• Driving sales through your team, proactively seeking out opportunities to increase revenue through analysing daily and weekly sales results.
• Maintain on going communication with your Regional Manager and peers on sales performance and opportunities.
• Maintains a safe shopping and working environment by ensuring store‘s policies and procedures are complied with
• Build brand loyalty by promoting and hosting events and engaging with your local community.
