Factory Manager (Polyester)
An exciting opportunity has come up for a factory manager specialising in polyester textiles, to join a sustainable and eco friendly textile manufacturer in Vietnam.
The business is looking for a factory manager with at least 15 years’ experience in polyester manufacturing, with hands on experience managing the full polyester production process, to include dyeing and finishing.
The role:
• Lead and manage a team of production staff to ensure the operation process is efficient, with good quality and timely delivery
• Collaborate with machine designers and manufacturers to develop new processes and improvements
• Maintain accurate production records and report key performance metrics as well as any issues to senior management
• Keep up to date with industry trends across polyester
The candidate:
• Extensive factory management within polyester textile manufacturing plants
• Experience with woven, warp, weft and stretch polyester fabric production
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership experience, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
