Pay: £13.80/hour + £1.50/hour extra for shifts between midnight–6am (£15.30/hour!)

What we’re looking for:

1+ year of supervisory experience in hospitality or retail

A natural leader who thrives under pressure and loves teamwork

Someone over 18 (some shifts involve alcohol)

Able to provide 5 years of references and pass a Criminal Record Check (airport regulations)

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting, coaching and energising your team

Overseeing day-to-day operations and keeping everything running smoothly

Delivering great service while meeting targets and boosting morale

Opening/closing the unit, and making sure standards are sky-high

Recognising and celebrating great work
