Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Retail Sales – Drive performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
🔹 Brand Compliance – Uphold company standards across all locations
🔹 Team Leadership & Development – Coach and inspire Area and Store Managers
🔹 Stock Management – Optimize inventory control and availability
🔹 Merchandising Standards – Maintain visual excellence and brand consistency
🔹 Succession Planning – Identify and nurture future talent
We are looking to speak with strong leaders with experience driving a region covering 40 locations with a direct reports of 5, ideally with cosmetics / beauty but will consider most retail backgrounds. Confident, ambitious, and self-aware, with a passion for leading high-performing teams
The basic salary is up to £70,000 for the right candidate. There is a company car, strong bonus and a generous benefits package including product allowance, 33 days, pension, healthcare.
