Why this role?
We are looking for an ambitious, trend-oriented Designer to join our team in Market Harborough as we launch The Set, our stunning new range. This is your chance to play a vital role in shaping a brand from the ground up while elevating the key wardrobe staples.
What you’ll be doing:
Designing: Using your trend knowledge to design and elevate the key pieces for any wardrobe, ensuring the brand ID is fluent throughout the range.
Supplier Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with suppliers, ensuring you are building those relationships.
Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including buying, technology and merchandising
About you
Creative Expertise: A background as a mid level to Senior Designer within a UK brand is essential, along with proficiency in jersey and woven designs.
Trend: A deep understanding of current trends and brand interpretation, coupled with a talent for translating them into customer-relevant styles.
Technical Skills: Confidence in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to produce polished tech packs from concept to completion.
Collaborative Spirit: Exceptional communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and guide the design process seamlessly.
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for elevation, sophisticated colour, refinement, and intricate details that set our designs apart.
