Deputy Store Manager

An accessories retailer located in the Bristol Cribbs are looking for a deputy store manager. This brand is recongnised worldwide and is known for their immaculate visual store standards and customer service.

As the deputy store manager, you will be responsible for managing store profitability and operations, ensuring that your team are working to KPI targets and providing the highest level of customer service to encourage brand loyalty. You will also ensure that your team are following health and safety procedures to mitigate business risks.

Visual standards are important within this store and creativity is celebrated! Personal development is also at the heart of everything they do, and you will be pivotal in delivering training and coaching sessions to employees as well as conducting performance reviews.

The salary is paying up to £28,500.
