As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
✔ Training and developing the team to provide exceptional service
✔ Maximising profitability and driving sales
✔ Creating a one-to-one luxury shopping experience
✔ Fostering a strong storytelling sales culture
✔ Bringing commercial awareness and leadership to the team
Ideally, you have experience in a luxury retail environment, with a deep understanding of team development, commercial strategy, and high-end client engagement. A passion for storytelling and building lasting customer relationships is key to success in this role.
