Deputy Store Manager

A luxury accessories retailer is looking to recruit a deputy store manager in the Mayfair area. This company has established itself as one of the leaders within their industry due to their highly desired products and extensive presence across the UK.

The role of deputy manager will consist of the chosen candidate having experience in sites with a similar turnovers and display the ability to show strong leadership skills to effectively achieve KPI targets. The company prides itself on producing high quality products, accompanied by high quality service.

The ideal candidate will be success driven with the ability to effectively train/motivate their team to drive sales and a positive customer experience. You will ideally have previous experience in selling luxury items and establishing relationships through the ability to provide a service tailored to the customer needs.

The role is paying up to £58,000 OTE
