Deputy Showroom Manager

An established accessories retailer located in St Peter Port on the island of Guernsey is looking for a deputy showroom manager to drive service standards/sales and whilst ensuring operations are efficient. This retailer has amassed a significant following over the years and is recognised globally by many.

As the deputy showroom manager the priority will be to motivate and guide your team on the shop floor, but also ensure that store standards are being maintained with an emphasis on visual displays and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with working in service led backgrounds and display the ability to build rapport with the local customer base to encourage repeat business.

The salary is paying up to £40,000.
