Deputy Restaurant Manager

An established food chain is looking for an assistant manager. The business has been established for many years and is currently updating their stores with new concepts. This is a company that invests in their teams with great training and opportunities for future growth.

The role encourages the ideal candidate to be familiar with working in fast paced environments whilst displaying the ability to deal with day-to-day operations effectively. The ideal candidate will be familiar with working in a team of around 15-20 people.

The candidate will ideally be familiar with working to KPI targets whilst providing excellent customer service. A familiarity working with payroll, and training staff is also desired in this role as well as the ability to schedule and manage shifts effectively.

The role is paying a salary of up to £32,000 and there is a discretionary bonus scheme and benefits package.
