A high-street fashion retailer is looking to recruit a deputy store manager for its Taunton store. Working closely with the store manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial, operational and audit targets exceeding business expectations. The retailer has planned new store openings in the UK and Europe.
As an assistant manager, you will be responsible for the store performance by focusing on sales, training, merchandising & operations. You will often be managing the store.
Coming from a customer-facing background, you will be a retail manager who has a proven track record operating in a fast and high-volume environment.
