Deputy Manager
Breitling are seeking a Deputy Manager for one of the London Boutiques. The purpose of the role is To assist and support all activities in our store to achieve our business objectives. Further, to inspire and nurture an unsurpassed service culture to create world-class client experiences in a dynamic environment and strengthen client relationships. To perform with professional integrity in boutique operations, stock management, talent management and visual merchandising presentation and to represent the brand as a Breitling Ambassador by promoting our brand values and direction.
As the Deputy Manager you will be expected to drive the following alongside the Boutique Manager:
Team development and performance coaching.
Client development and CRM
Operational standards and processes.
Business Performance against KPI's
The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience within luxury retail sales and demonstrable experience in leading a team as an assistant manager or supervisor.
