Chef De Partie at Bars, Leeds Bradford Airport

Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £14.70 per hour.
Planned opening mid May 2025.
Candidate will be working in back of house preparing meals and leading the kitchen team.
Shift pattern: Full Time, scheduled between 02:00 am- 00:00 am, including weekends.
Please note, only candidates who can start work at 2 am will be considered for this role.
Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
Due to some responsibilities within the Chef De Partie role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
Previous experience leading the kitchen team is required.

AS A CHEF DE PARTIE YOU'LL:
Previous experience leading the kitchen..
Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty.
Manage, train and assist the fellow Chefs working with you.
Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
