What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing retail team
- Driving store performance through KPIs and commercial insights
- Overseeing day-to-day operations including back-of-house and stock management
- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Making strategic product decisions to optimise sales
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally in premium, accessories or fashion retail
- A motivational leader who brings energy, structure, and results
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting targets
- Passion for customer service and team development
