We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Boutique Store Manager to lead our new boutique store. The ideal candidate will have a background in premium luxury retail, a proven track record in boutique management, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience. Ensure that every customer feels valued and receives the highest level of service.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed targets. Implement effective sales strategies and monitor performance.
- Motivate and lead a team of sales associates. Provide training and development opportunities to ensure high levels of product knowledge and customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and team performance for senior management.
