Assistant Store Manager
Initially offered as a maternity cover contract, our client is seeking an Assistant Manager for their fashion accessories store based in Norwich.
This established and successful retailer has over 40 stores nationally and would always seek to promote internally where possible.
Under the guidance of the store manager you will lead your team to deliver excellent customer service.
Focusing on sales, service, cost control and people management
You will need experience in the following areas:
People Management and HR process.
Coaching and training staff.
Managing rota planning.
Running shifts to ensure excellent customer engagement and staff cover.
Stock control, cash control, security.
Maintaining brand standards.
Overseeing the operation as the person in charge during the store managers absence.
The role is full time, 5 days out of 7. This is an excellent opportunity for an established floor manager, shift leader or supervisor to move forward in their management career.
