Assistant Store Manager

We’re thrilled to be recruiting an assistant store manager for a well-established lifestyle retailer in Guildford. This brand is celebrated for its timeless designs across ladieswear, menswear, accessories, and home, as well as its sustainable approach to fashion and retail.

As assistant store manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and leading the in-store team to meet KPIs and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This company puts the customer journey at the heart of everything they do, and you’ll help create a welcoming, positive, and high-performing store environment.

We’re looking for someone with previous retail management experience, a passion for fashion and lifestyle products, and a natural ability to lead and inspire a team. You’ll bring energy, commercial awareness, and a hands-on approach to store operations. A flair for visual merchandising would be a great bonus!
