Assistant Showroom Manager
A popular homeware retailer is looking for an assistant showroom manager in the Welwyn Garden City area. This company is loved by many shoppers for their high-quality products and its extensive ranges that they have to offer to transform a house into a home!
The chosen candidate will be an effective team motivator with experience in achieving KPI’s to meet sales targets and drive profits within the store. The company takes pride in providing fantastic customer service; therefore, the chosen candidate will need to be familiar with driving customer service standards within the store to provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
They would like somebody who is personable with the ability to create an effective and efficient working environment. You will work with a team size of around 5 staff and be familiar with development and training methods around the sales ceremony to ensure all staff are performing to company standards.
The salary is paying up to £30,000 OTE.
