As an Assistant Manager, you will overseeing store operations and profitability. You will be leading from the front to achieve KPI targets whilst delivering exceptional customer service to foster brand loyalty.
You will work with the store manager to create and maintain a safe working environment by ensuring adherence to health and safety policies. People development through coaching and mentoring will be key for success.
