Area Manager
This globally renowned multi-product retailer is on the hunt for an area manager. The company, with a growing presence out of prominent locations in the UK, operates with a highly structured team, allowing them to deliver a unique customer service experience.
The role, based out of Manchester airport, will entail overseeing store managers to ensure service standards are being exceeded within their respective teams. The communication of company policies to your team, as well as establishing and developing working relationships with wider areas of the team will fall under your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be come from a retail background, with prior management experience. A capability to understand differing customer demographics whilst demonstrating clear leadership methods will also be necessary.
The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £41,000 with an very generous bonus scheme in play to potentially grow your salary further.
