Accounts Payable Assistant

Out client is looking for an accounts payable assistant to join their central London team. The company are known for their stylish fashion lines and have been established for seventy plus years.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing high volumes of invoices and supplier correspondence with precision and efficiency. You will be the main point of contact for a designated group of suppliers, ensuring that all invoices are processed promptly to avoid any disruption of services.

Previous experience in purchase ledger is essential as you will need to be able to hit the ground running. Great communication, prioritising skills and building strong working relationships are all key. Being able to use v-lookups and pivot tables within excel is essential.
