Very.co.uk  has expanded its range of beauty and self-care brands by 94% since the start of the pandemic as it looks to meet continued demand for wellbeing products.

The online retailer has added 77 new beauty and personal care brands since January 2020 to take the total to 159. Recent launches include the likes of premium vitamin producer Hello Day, beauty gel and mask maker Patchology, and sleep wellness specialist Feather & Down.

Very has revealed that demand for products that help customers look and feel their best has also expanded beyond beauty. During Christmas 2021, Very’s wearable technology sales grew by 30% compared with the same period two years earlier with smart watches selling every 15 seconds on Black Friday 2021.

The retailer is now planning to launch further high profile brands in the category over the coming months.
